\"\"<\/a>Oliver Dollar\u2019s name has been gradually building to a recognizable staple in house music. The Berlin born and based producer has gained acknowledgment through a series of solid releases on labels such as Play It Down, Rekids and Front..<\/p>\n

2011 was a massive year for Oliver Dollar. His first #1 Beatport track \u201cDoin\u2019 Ya Thang\u201d was released on Play It Down; Made To Play\u2019s sister label. \u201cDoin\u2019 Ya Thang\u201d remained at the #1 spot for an astounding 5 weeks, and continued to sit in the top ten, selling over 30k downloads to date and topping the Resident Advisor chart. This was followed by another hit \u201cGranulated Soul\u201d which topped the charts at the end of the year. Continuing his success on imprint Play It Down, his release \u2018Hoes\u2019 at the beginning of 2013 had heavy rotation in the record bags of Heidi, Nic Fanciulli, DJ Sneak and A Track to name a few. It reached #2 on Beatport\u2019s tech house chart.<\/p>\n

2014 has been a huge year for the Berlin-based house staple. He released a remix for the Beatport smash \u2018Shake That\u2019 by Marlon Hoffstadt & Dansson, on Pete Tong\u2019s new imprint FFRR alongside Shadow Child, Blonde and Jesse Rose. Collaborations over the past 12 months have been key, releasing with Cajmere on his label Cajual and also being part of his Green Velvet album on Relief Records \u2018Dance To My Beat\u2019 which has been a huge success. 2014 has also seen Oliver Dollar reunite with Swiss Jazz House aficionado Jimi Jules for their anticipated debut release on the mighty Defected \u2018Pushing On\u2019, out March 24th which stayed at number 1 on the Beatport Top 100 for over 4 weeks. The track peaked at number 15 on the UK Singles Chart and was the second most Shazamed track in Ibiza for 2014. Oliver Dollar and Jimi Jules continue to work together on various projects including a remix of Freaks\u2019 \u2018Wake Up\u2019 on Rebirth Records. Now he is working on a Made For The Night Compilation with Jesse Rose, accompanied by a world tour. Also in the mix for Oliver are worldwide parties with Defected, from Ibiza to London across the year, and his debut artist album.<\/p>\n
