PRIVATE EVENTS
Halcyon is a sophisticated, versatile venue for private and corporate events. An early 1900s SOMA brick and steel-beamed warehouse has been transformed into an elegant, yet dynamic special event space. The space is amazing anytime of day; large skylights and high ceilings let the sun stream in for daytime events, and it transforms beautifully from dawn to dusk.
There are 6 laser-projectors for fully mapped venue walls, awesome LED and moving light capabilities, plus all the fun add-ons; from cryo and pyro to confetti cannons. We are the Pioneer Pro Audio flagship venue in San Francisco. A custom built system in an acoustically treated environment ensures your event sounds amazing. Halcyon employs a world-class, in-house production team that will create and execute your perfect event; custom lighting, branding, visuals and sound, photography and videos, themed talent and choreography, all can be handled by our talented crew.

Package 1: Static branding
Includes one version of a static logo or event name projected on venue walls.
*artwork must be submitted in approved format, one week before event date. Includes static ambient lighting in client color selection.
Package 2: Dynamic branding
Includes one to two versions of a static or moving graphic projected on venue walls and changing ambient lighting in client color selection.
Package 3: Immersive branding
Includes fully custom content programming and produced accompanying light show.
*Custom themed content supplied by client in approved format no later than two weeks before the event; content curating available for an additional fee.
