How Weird Festival is one of the many weird and wonderful things that makes SF so special.
Worthy, you live here. What are some of the weird and wonderful things you love about SF?
Worthy: I love the fact that it is totally accepted and cool for people to wear any type of costume on any day of the year… Or just go out in your birthday suit!
Option4, what SF experience would you like to have?
Option4: I’M FLYING IN A DAY EARLY JUST TO EAT ALL OF YOUR SOURDOUGH BREAD. Ugh, that sounds gross when I read it but I grew up in SF and my favorite thing in the WHOLE world is a po-boy from little Lucas in San Bruno <3 <3 <3
We want to know how weird you are! What’s the weirdest thing you’ve ever done?
Worthy: I got dressed up in the OG Dirtybird costume and took pictures with a shirtless Claude VonStroke in bed.
Option4: I was a pro-gamer when I was younger. Traveled around playing Starcraft! It was, well… a VERY lonely time in my life (weird). Hahahahahaa
What’s something weird about you we don’t know?
Worthy: I own both a Wayne and a Garth Costume.
Option4: Welp… I’m the world’s WORST writer. I have NO idea how or what grammar is or does.. But despite that I’m writing a book. It’s the funnest thing in the world to me. NO one will EVER read it tho. cuz it’s real bad..
You guys are playing the Good Times Stage at 7pm. From 12 to 4 we host a game show called “so you think you can DJ”. Contestants spin the wheel of steel, land on a genre and have two minutes to mix two random tracks in that genre. It’s wicked fun!. Worthy, make up a genre that you’d like to have Option4 mix in a competition.
Worthy: Id like to see Option4 mix some Gabber into some Bay Area Hyphy music. I’m not sure if that would be possible.
Option4, what made up genre would you have Worthy mix?
Option4: OMG i’d sink his battleship heavy. It’d be like.. POLKA music into Irish Jig music hahahaha
You played an impromptu B2B set at Halcyon a few months back. We’d like to think this prompted your current B2B tour! What’s been your favorite things about touring together thus far, if anything?!
Worthy: Pretty sure that’s what sparked the tour idea. The whole tour has been amazing so far. I love getting to play with Brennan and the whole thing just feels so natural to me. It’s been so awesome so far that I never want it to end.
Option4: UMM IT 100 PERCENT SPARKED THE IDEA FOR THE TOUR! that night was SO wild haha.. very tequila heavy if I remember correctly. TBH I just love playing with Sean because of his ability to fix my mixes. hahahaha I like to party.
What’s been the worst?
Worthy: The worst part for me has just been the flying, I have had a ton of early morning flights which takes it out of me. I’m not the best at sleeping on flights.
Option4: OH I CAN ANSWER THIS. Umm in Phoenix last week .. the set was AMAZING and the party WAS .. SO fun.. the crowd was perfect.. BUT.. alas.. it was 104 degrees outside and I tried the age old trick of cold coronas to keep me cool. When that ran out it was cold tequila. Needless to say after the festival i found myself throwing up in my favorite hat and tossing it in a trashcan. NOT my finest hour. really liked that hat.

Worthy: Hellz Yahh, I can’t wait to be back either and get back on that system! We are all going to have the best afterparty ever…
Option4: UMMM ME NEITHER!!! I LOVE HALCYON SOOOOOOOOOOOooo much. ANd well.. a lil birdy told me we gonna have some special guests w us too 🙂 sooo lezzz GO
